After 14 years, we are closing.

In November 2025, Congress rewrote the federal definition of hemp inside a government funding bill. There was almost no debate. Both parties voted it through. A short delay later moved most of the rule to December 11, 2026. It did not fix the standard.

The rule caps a finished product at 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container. That is not a test of the oil. It is a test of the whole jar. A lotion can come back “non-detect” for THC and still fail, because the law counts anything at or above the lab’s detection floor, then multiplies it by the size of the container. A trace that does not show up per gram becomes more than 0.4 milligrams once it is spread across a full jar. That is why clean CBD products are being swept up with intoxicating ones.

Square has told sellers its CBD program ends November 5. We will stop taking orders on November 4, so we are not cut off mid-sale.

Until then, every lotion is heavily discounted. Every order placed will be filled. A rush may mean a short delay. It will still ship.
